While my primary focus has been on commercial fleet electric vehicles, charging solutions and fleet management strategies, I closely track global EV market trends, including vehicle technologies, battery advancements, and market positioning strategies of key players like BYD. My experience includes advising on electric vehicle procurement strategies for commercial fleets, where BYD is often considered alongside other global OEMs.
