Ticker(s): TOL, LEN, KBH, DHI- I am the Director of operations for a regional homebuilder based in Virginia. We build approximately 400 single-family homes annually. Approximately half are detached single-family homes and half are townhomes or condos.
- The threat of tariffs and demand/supply issues have recently created volatility in construction material supply chains. I am working closely with my traditional suppliers to avoid supply disruption and long lead times. So I have first and knowledge of current supply chain issues.
