Who's the expert?

Institution: INDI EV

  • I hold a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and have extensive experience in electric vehicle (EV) technology, trends, and markets. Over the past seven years, I have worked exclusively on EVs. My roles have included serving as the Vice President of Engineering and Vice President of Advanced Technologies at Indi EV, where I worked directly on battery systems and in-vehicle entertainment systems. Additionally, I have experience as a former employee of Ford, which has given me a deep understanding of their operations and strategies.

  • Given disappointing EV sales, what is the outlook for software-defined vehicles and smart vehicle architecture (SVA)?
  • Do you see auto suppliers reducing r&d spend given slow EV sales and slow autonomous vehicle ramp?
  • ICE enhancement technology like turbochargers. Still a strong interest here?
