- I am an electrical engineer who built his first 2 electric vehicles in 1991 and his third in 1992. I have an MBA and a Juris Doctor degree and I speak Chinese very fluently which gives me the unique ability to engage and befriend senior government officials & executives in China's automotive industry.
- I was the top executive for Fisker 1.0 in China. I was the Chief Strategy Officer for Beijing Auto Works leading directly to their successful acquisition. I personally know Wang ChuanFu (Chairman, BYD), He XiaoPeng (Chairman, XPeng) and Li Bing (Chairman, NIO).
- I have a unique background in that I understand the Chinese EV industry from a legal, marketing, strategic, government, technology, manufacturing & engineering POV.
