• As Chief Operating Officer (COO) Mr. Tull executes corporate direction for technical, personnel and market development for Cooperstown environmental consulting. He works closely with the President to develop company goals. Mr. Tull provides client-oriented planning, cost sensitive investigation and technically proven remediation incorporating closure strategies for subsurface clean-up programs, site assessments, and regulatory compliance.
• Mr. Tull has over 35 years in the consulting field and is the lead LSP on several urban redevelopment projects as well as a dual PCB and MCP cleanup. He has also managed two long-term PFAS programs. This work involved investigation of PFAS at 20 Air National Guard Bases as well as a drinking water sampling program at another five Bases. He has presented findings for PFAS data for multi-media sampling conducted at 100 Air Force and Air Guard Bases at the UMass Soils Conference.
• Mr. Tull is a Professional Geologist (NH). He is the former Co-Chair of the Technical Practices Committee and a former member of the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts LSP Association. Mr. Tull has also served on a committee to rewrite portions of the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP), specifically the Public Involvement Plan (PIP) process. During his tenure as Co-Chair Mr. Tull was one of the authors of the PFAS Q&A draft currently before the MassDEP for review.
