  • Deeply involved in all aspects of industrial software development and deployment for 30 years. In my prior role as SVP of Customer Success and Support at AVEVA, I was responsible for the successful customer adoption of the entire portfolio, from Engineering through Operations and Data Management. I'm intimately familiar with this portfolio, and the competitive landscape, which is primarily focused on the capital-intensive process industries, and solutions such as Predictive Maintenance and Advanced Analytics that make extensive use of AI. From my tenure at Schneider Electric, both as a direct employee and as part of AVEVA, I'm also very familiar with the electrical side of the business, and the Schneider solutions for electrical power transmission, buildings, and data centers. In my current role, as an independent professional, I advise client on the selection and application of industrial software. This is based on my industry experience and my independent research on industry software trends and the impact of transformational technologies, such as AI, IIoT, Analytics and Digital Twin.
